Aurevine Pets ("we", "us", "our") operates the website aurevinepets.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and, where they apply to you, other privacy laws such as the EU/UK GDPR and US state privacy laws.

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and details of your order. Payment card details are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card number.
  • Information collected automatically: when you browse the Site we collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site, using cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
  • Communications: messages you send us by email or through our contact form.

2. How we use your information

  • To process and deliver your orders, including sending order confirmations, ebook download links and tracking updates.
  • To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the Site secure.
  • To improve the Site and our products.
  • With your consent where required, to send you marketing emails about new products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • To show you relevant advertising on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

This includes tools provided by Shopify, Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, our cookie banner. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as:

  • Shopify, which hosts our online store;
  • payment processors, to take payment securely;
  • fulfilment partners, suppliers and couriers, to pack and deliver your order;
  • order-tracking, email and customer-support tools;
  • analytics and advertising partners, as described above.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. International transfers

Our service providers may store or process your information outside your country, including in the United States. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives a comparable standard of protection.

We keep order information for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and other personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to request a copy of your data. The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.
