Welcome to Aurevine Pets. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of aurevinepets.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

The Site is operated by Aurevine Pets, based in Singapore. You can contact us at hello@aurevinepets.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

3. Products and descriptions

We sell physical books, ebooks and other digital products, and pet supplies including pet food, treats and supplements. We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, but colours, packaging and cover designs may vary slightly from images on the Site. Book editions and printings may differ from those pictured.

4. Pet food and supplement disclaimer

Information on the Site, including product descriptions and content in our books and ebooks, is for general information only and is not veterinary advice. Our supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always follow the feeding and dosage directions on the label, introduce new foods gradually, and consult your veterinarian before starting a new supplement or diet, especially if your pet is pregnant, nursing, on medication, or has a health condition. Stop use and contact your vet if your pet shows any adverse reaction. Keep all products out of reach of children.

5. Ebooks and digital products

When you buy an ebook or other digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, share, distribute or publicly post the file or its contents. All rights not expressly granted remain with us or the content owner.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics and the Aurevine Pets name and brand, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you post a review or send us content, you confirm it is honest, your own, and does not break any law, and you give us permission to use it on the Site and in our marketing.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurevine Pets is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
